To remove stains on your baby's outfits, soak the clothes in hot water with half a cup of vinegar and detergent (Dreft is the most famous brand for baby detergent). Wash as usual.
If you want to prevent stains from setting, sprinkle some baking soda on those areas before you put the clothes on the washing machine.
